£50 per initial session (Half hr to 1 hr slot!)
£45 per follow-up session (Half hr to 1 hr slot!)
Assessment & Report £50 (1 hr slot; patient only attends for half hr!)
Assessment & Treatment £50 (1hr slot)
Reports between £10 or £20
Copies of extracts of patients records with patients signed consent £40 - £50
